The Role:​

Fix.Glass is a dynamic, customer-focused company in the vehicle glass replacement industry. We are looking for motivated Internal Sales Agents to join our remote team! You will handle high-volume inbound sales leads, answer and make calls, send messages, book jobs, and order parts and above all manage client expectations! If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have excellent communication and negotiation skills, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound sales calls professionally.
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone and messaging platforms on our all in one customized platform which helps you in sales to keep perfect track over every single lead.
• Process job bookings and coordinate part orders.
• Convert leads into successful sales using negotiation and problem-solving skills.
• Maintain accurate records and meet sales targets.
• Ensure bookings are attended to and all communication and services are managed between all parties.
• Order parts from our suppliers.
• Able to work in a fast paced environment, all leads have a short life cycle.

Work Schedule And Compensation:
You will work under one of the following shift patterns - UK time 08:00am to 20:00pm
Choose your shift type:

• Shift type 1: 3 days on, 1 day off (11 hour shift +1 hour lunch) 110 hours over two weeks  
  
  
• Shift type 2: 3 days on, 2 days off (11 hour shift +1 hour lunch) 88 hours over two weeks
  
  
• 28 Paid Holidays accumulated per calendar year. We do not follow weekdays or national holidays. Holidays must be chosen manually yourself, and you can match them with national holidays if you wish.
• Probation period is 6 months, during this time you can accumulate paid leave but can only use it on public holidays within your Country.
• Payments made Wednesday every two weeks straight into your bank account.
• Salary: Paid per hour £4.40, you will need to make more commission than hours worked to get a good production rate.

Requirements: ​

• A quiet home workspace with a professional setup.
• A PC and dual monitor, wired microphone, and cable fiber internet connection for seamless communication (WIFI not recommended).
• Strong sales, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
• PC and technical knowledge is a must.
• Attention to detail.
