The Role:

Fix Glass is a dynamic, customer-focused company in the vehicle glass replacement industry. We are looking for a motivated Customer Support Agent to join our remote team! 


Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist Customers with payments, booking rescheduling or any issues that arise.
  • Assist Sales Agents with queries on dealership part prices and ETAs.
  • Assist Technicians with queries on stock or with customers.
  • Respond promptly to queries.
  • Maintain organized records using CRM software and ensure accurate data entry.

Work Schedule:

You will work under one of the following shift pattern - UK time 07:00am to 19:00pm:

  • 3 days on, 2 days off (12 hour shift with 1 hour lunch) - £300 bi-weekly
  • 3 days on, 1 day off (12 hour shift with 1 hour lunch) - £400 bi-weekly

We do not follow weekdays or national holidays. Holidays must be chosen manually yourself, and you can match them with holidays if you wish.

Requirements: ​

  • A quiet home workspace with a professional setup
  • A PC and dual monitor, wired microphone, and cable fiber internet connection for seamless communication (WIFI not recommended)
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
  • PC and technical knowledge is a must
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Experience in a customer service role, preferably in the automotive industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • A proactive attitude and willingness to assist across departments
