THE ROLE
We're looking for skilled window tinters to work in our shops across the UK. Whether you're looking for full-time employment, self-employed subcontractor work, or part-time hours, we have positions available to match your needs.
You'll work in a professional shop environment, delivering high-quality window tinting services to our customers. As part of your role, you'll also receive comprehensive training in windscreen and door glass replacement, expanding your capabilities to include these services.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
Primary Responsibilities
- Perform professional window tinting on all vehicle types in our shop locations
- Deliver high-quality work that meets our standards and customer expectations
- Manage your workload efficiently using our job management app
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Provide excellent customer service
Skill Development
- Complete comprehensive training in windscreen and door glass replacement techniques
- Take on windscreen and door glass replacement jobs as you develop these skills
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Required
- Proven experience in automotive window tinting
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule
- Comfortable working with customers
- Valid UK driving licence
- Right to work in the UK
Preferred
- Experience working in a professional automotive environment
- Knowledge of different tint films and their applications
- Willingness to learn new skills (windscreen replacement training provided)

WHAT WE OFFER
For Full-Time Employees:
- Competitive salary of £30,000 - £45,000 per annum based on experience
- Biweekly pay (every 2 weeks)
- Monday to Friday, 8AM - 5PM with 1 hour lunch break
