Job Title: Vinyl Graphic Technician (Printer Plotter Technician)

The Role:
Fix.Glass is a dynamic, customer-focused company in the vehicle glass replacement industry. We are seeking a skilled Vinyl Graphic Technician to operate our Roland printing and plotting machines, produce high-quality vinyl graphics, and deliver them to our windscreen technicians nationwide. This role combines technical precision with logistical efficiency – you’ll spend approximately 3 days driving to deliver graphics and 2 days printing/plotting. Key Responsibilities:
- Operate Roland vinyl printer/plotter machines to produce decals, branding, and technical graphics.
- Prepare, cut, and finish vinyl graphics to company specifications.
- Manage stock of vinyl materials and ensure timely production schedules.
- Deliver completed graphics nationwide to windscreen technicians using your own van.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries and production output.
- Ensure all graphics meet quality standards and align with company branding.
- Balance workload between machine operation and delivery logistics (approx. 3 days driving, 2 days printing).
Work Schedule And Compensation:
- Full-time role with a blended schedule:
- 3 days driving nationwide deliveries.
- 2 days operating Roland printer/plotter machines.
- 28 Paid Holidays accumulated per calendar year (self-selected, not tied to national holidays).
- Payments made bi-weekly (Wednesday) directly into your UK bank account.
- Salary: £28 000 - £38 000 per annum depending on experience
Requirements:
- A reliable van suitable for nationwide deliveries.
- Valid UK driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Experience operating Roland vinyl printer/plotter machines (or similar).
- Strong technical skills in vinyl printing, cutting, and finishing.
- Ability to manage time effectively between production and delivery tasks.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
