The Role:​

FixGlass is a dynamic, customer-focused company in the vehicle glass replacement industry. We are expanding our creative team and looking for a talented Graphic Designer to join us remotely from South Africa. You will be responsible for creating engaging visual content across digital platforms, ensuring our brand identity is consistent and impactful. Key Responsibilities:

  • Design digital assets including social media graphics, website visuals, email templates, and marketing materials.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to produce creative campaigns that drive engagement.
  • Maintain and evolve the company’s brand identity across all platforms.
  • Create layouts and designs for presentations, proposals, and internal documents.
  • Edit and optimize images for web and print use.
  • Work on multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
  • Ensure all designs are aligned with company goals and client expectations.

Work Schedule And Compensation:

  • Remote working hours, aligned with UK business time zones (Monday to Friday 08:00am to 17:00pm UK time).
  • 28 Paid Holidays accumulated per calendar year (self-selected, not tied to national holidays).
  • Probation period: 6 months (paid leave can only be used on public holidays only in your Country during probation).
  • Payments made bi-weekly (Wednesday) directly into your South African bank account.
  • Salary: £350 bi-weekly

Requirements: ​

  • A quiet home workspace with a professional setup.
  • PC or laptop with dual monitor setup, wired microphone, and stable fiber internet connection (Wi-Fi not recommended).
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design tools.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing digital and print design work.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Creative problem-solving mindset and adaptability to fast-paced environments.
