The Role:

We're seeking a full-time creative data-savvy Social Media Manager, preferably an ex or current Windscreen Technician to take the wheel of our digital presence. You'll be responsible for building engaging content, growing our brand visibly, and turning everyday screen replacements into standout stories.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy across platforms.
• Manage content with timely, on-brand, and engage with followers.
• Monitor trends, respond to comments and DMs, and engage with followers.
• Collaborate with operations to highlight services, and customer stories.
• Analyze social metrics and adjust strategy for performance and growth.

Work Schedule:

You will work on UK time:

• Monday to Friday 08:00am - 17:00pm (can be slightly flexible)

We do not follow weekdays or national holidays. Holidays must be chosen manually yourself, and you can match them with holidays if you wish.

Compensation & Benefits:​

• Bi-weekly payments (every two weeks)
• Customizable paid leave: Choose your own leave days (subject to approval).

Requirements: ​

• A quiet home workspace with a professional setup
• A PC and dual monitor, wired microphone, and cable fiber internet connection for seamless communication (WIFI not recommended)
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
• PC and technical knowledge is a must
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask
